Penguins hold off Phantoms, seize 2-1 series lead

Wilkes-Barre/Scranton jumped out to a 3-0 lead after the first period and held on for a 3-2 road victory over Philadelphia on Monday at the Wachovia Center in Game 3 of the East Division finals. Alain Nasreddine, Connor James, and Alex Goligoski netted goals for the Penguins, who took a 2-1 lead in the best-of-7 series. Game 4 will be on Wednesday in Philadelphia.
