Sale of majority interest in Rochester official

Approved by the AHL Board of Governors sometime this week - not sure if it's today since the article isn't dated, but it's been since May 6, the date of the last article.

The affiliation between Roch/Florida is pretty much a done deal I would assume, the only issue is a lease. And the city has already softened its stance, so I doubt it'll be a problem.

I'm glad, at least right now, that we decided to take on Rochester. Now we have our own AHL affiliate and plenty of room for prospects. Great history there, too.
