Natey's 100% correct. He has to given his full 12 hours before someone else makes his pick. Rules are rules and in place for good reason....we all need to work and sleep.

Easy on jumping the gun.

you are right about that. i'am sorry for doing that to you. if you want you can change your pick only if it is not Mikhail Stefanovich. since he was chosen by the other guy after you.

Sorry guys..

1) Stefanovich was my pick and 2) I had a rough night at work talking to the cops. Didn't mean to take it out on you guys.

The Edmonton Oilers are pleased to select;

From the Brandon Wheat Kings, forward, Andrew Clark.

Is he eligible right? lol

New York Rangers are proud to select out of Camrose, Alberta Jr. A: Joe Colborne. C/LW Shoots: L 65 190 LBS

Colborne brings an impressive package of size, skill, and speed for such a big player. As is the case with most budding power forwards, the team that drafts him will have to be patient. With the current depth at centre, we feel this could pay off in the long run and are willing to wait. FWIW we were intrigued by the availability of a defenseman this late in the draft.

He'll look good beside Hugh Jessiman

So...

"We followed Mikhail all season long and we were surprise, but happy he still was available at our pick. He does everything good on the ice in all 3 zones. There are still needs he has to work on to make it to the NHL, but every 18 yo have things they need to work on and in his case it's nothing major and we beleive that with time these things will fix by themselves and we beleive he could be one of the good centerman in the NHL. Size and Skills is what you get from Stefanovich and unlike alot of young player he's already effective in his own end. It sets him appart from the other guys avaiable at this point."

Montreal is proud to select Justin Jokinen. His size, work ethic, and shooting ability will help Montreal down the middle for years to come.

Hello again Ottawa. The Buffalo Sabres with their second pick in the 2008 entry draft are proud to select from Roseau, Minnesota Aaron Ness

Aaron is a skilled and very creative defencemen. Even though of lesser size then average, his speed and agility allow him to maneuver easily through traffic. He has above average hockey sense and is dynamite offensively. He's definitely a prototypical post lockout defencemen. A guy whom we could see in the long run quarterbacking our power play and being a force in his own zone.

Send a message via MSN to Rise from the Ashes
The Philadelphia Flyers are pleased to select: Erik Karlsson.

"We like his skill set. We believe that even though he is short in stature; he will be a force defensively like Kimmo Timonen. This pick will make a big difference in our transition game, and will also improve the intelligence of our top 6 in the next few years."

The Los Angeles Kings are proud and pleased to select:

Defenceman - Colby Robak of the Brandon Wheat Kings (WHL)

''We feelt he was the BPA and our needs for defenceman made that pick much easier. We Like Colby mix of size and skating and believe he could round out well our top 4 along with Johnson, Hickey and Doughty.''

Atlanta (Erik Estrada) is on the clock and will be PM shortly.

Atlanta is very excited to select from Minnetonka, Jake Gardiner. Jake is an extremely swift skating D. He has great vision and playmaking ability. Jake was recently converted to D and has just undergone a growth spurt. He'll be going to Wisconsin U next season.

Peewee has been PMd and is on the clock.
