Season Ticket Holder: No. Closest I've ever to Buffalo is NYC.
All Time Favorite Sabres: Hasek, Barnes, Dumont, Afinogenov, Briere, Ennis, Gerbe. Yep, I like them waterbugs, I find them exciting to watch.
Favorite Sabres moment: Too many, but that 8-2 blowout game 2 against the Flyers with twin hattricks by Dumont and Pominville will always hold a special place in my heart. We've blown out teams in the playoffs worse before (such as when we eliminated those very same Flyers back in '01) but that game showcased all that was great about the best Sabres team ever assembled.

Team You Hate Most: I don't really hate teams. I naturally root for underdogs so... big market teams, kind of?

I also really like the Blackhawks because a buddy of mine is a huge fan, so there's that too. I was born in Batavia New York... started NHL hockey with the Sabres in 1970 along with Gilbert Perrault and then the French Connection... Suffered the fog game cup series in the Aud..
Left Buffalo for many years (Savannah, Georgia; Columbus, Ohio; Louisville, KY) but own a home near Ellicottville for retirement..... Own a 10 game Sabre mini pack….
Love the CBJ (Blue Jackets) has I was one of the many NHL fan transplants to Columbus that helped that organization get started in 1997……

...i live in England since 2006, originally I am from Poland....I started support Sabres in 92 because I played computer game Wayne Gretzky Hockey on my Amiga 500 and I picked Buffalo as a my team.....and I am a fan until now.....at this time I had very poor information about NHL.....there was no internet....., in 93 or 94, don't remember exactly polish tv showed NHL Powerweek, and that was my main source of knowledge.....finally in 1998 new digital tv bought rights to show NHL games live and I could watch every game of finals between Sabres and Stars....later i had a break untill 2010 and since then i try to watch every Buffalo game on NHL network (previously on ESPN Player).....this is my history....I hope one day I will watch Sabres live in First Niagara Center......sorry for my english, hope You understand what I wanted to say......
