I think we traded Cory Urquhart already? How come he is still included in the Habs prospect chart?

Motreal, thanks for the updates.

To me at least, looks like Gainey is rebuilding the Habs "from the back-end" (i.e. from the goal/defense outward).

Regarding forwards -- you spoke "generally" (which is OK).

As a fan, my biggest concern, not only on the farm team (i.e. player development) but also for the near future is the Habs centre ice position.

Koivu, to me, is by far Habs best centre -- when he slows down or retires I see no prospects in the organization who could come close to filling his spot (in terms of equal or similar skill)!
Maxwell (2nd line potential), White (3rd-4th line potential), Pacioretty "could" play at centre, ,same for Skost, Fortier (Two-way centre)...

I think it's too early in his development to answer that, especially since he's missed about a full season of development time due to injuries. First lets see how he adapts to the AHL and go from there.

Well that's the problem, we don't have much in terms of forward prospects due to guys moving up full time. Chipchura could be next, leaving us with Pacioretty, Maxwell White D'Agostini as our main forward prospects plus some depth forwards. There's not a lot of concern since we have a number of young players in the lineup but it's something that I would think Timmins and his staff will address in the next couple of drafts.

Well he's not in the prospect depth chart cause I just redid so I know he's not listed. His profile is still there though as we only officially loaned him, so we still own his rights. I know it was said that we traded him but that it wouldn't be announced officially until this summer, so I thought I would wait until it's officially announced.
