Honestly I don't see why the devils wouldn't take him at a good price. They need every goal they can get. As an aside, if he played even remotely well the merchandise sales would be huge.

haha if i have learned anything from being a devils fan, its that if doing something that would seem like a good marketing move is a possibility, lou wont do it. however if Miro comes absolutely dirt cheap, and on a one or two year contract, i cant think of a reason to not take him.

Satan would probably cost around a 4 mil cap hit and would fit seamlessly alongside Staal or Crosby.

Ray Shero has made a point of trying to sign second-tier skilled forwards (ala Sykora) to compliment his high octane centers. Satan fits that profile perfectly.

The Rangers, Bruins, Habs, and Devils have all stated that they need to add a scoring winger to play with their talented centers.
