Proposal Van-Atl

Prospects swap

To Van:
Riley Holzapfel
3rd round draft pick

To Atl:
Luc Bourdon

Gives Vancouver a offensive prospect who is also a center which helps and gives Atlanta a defensive prospect ready to make the jump.

No thanks. Bourdon has been less than impressive thus far, while Holzapfel will be a great 3rd line center IMO.

This is a decent offer much better than the usual presented around here.

I'd have to see Bourdon play more to pull the trigger. Didn't catch many Canucks games on TV this year.

Definitely. I'm not sure how many 3rd line centers this team needs. Right now, they're on all 4 lines.

Creepy that this thread was started just days before today's tragic news.

nhlfan: Definitely a little creepy. Very saddening for the entire league. His family and friends are in my thoughts today.

After considering this offer a couple days I'm afraid I'm going to have to decline.

All kidding aside what a horrible turn of events. My thoughts go to his family and loved ones. That has to be a complete stunner to those closest to him. A shame.
