You went out on a limb with that one.

Conklin out indefinetely. does that increase the odds of trading with Edmnton now? there even more desperate for goaltending and not too many other teams have a backup as young and starter ready as we do.

If we trade Garon, I'd be scared everytime Theo doesn't play. Fichaud?

don't think the injury is enough to change his plans
cannot see any big trades which move any of our talent

No Effect

I don't think Souray being out for 6-8 weeks will throw Gainey into a panic . There may be a trade coming soon imo for a forward but we have enough D-men to cover Souray . Not as well as Souray but , what could we possibly do to replace Souray with an equal calibur d-man anyway? Is it worth trading a valuable player to replace our #1 d-man for 6 weeks? then what?

I do expect Gainey to make a move or two, and despite what some people think we do need it. We really need help on the blueline with Souray out, I could see a guy like Luke Richardson coming here but no huge superstars. A vet with some playoff experience is what we need. Corson on the 4th line don't sound to bad either

Ya I see at least one move coming by the deadline... Perrault is going to be a good bargaining chip on the deadline... Some team he likes will take him IMHO... Also, I'd love maybe one more defenceman (cause I think the roster expands shortly anyways, which would be good for us anyways . Perhaps another right D??? ) and a top 2 line RW'er now that Dagenais is struggling.

I expect a move too. I am sure he will get rid of some dead weight. I think he will also bring an experienced player, but I hope he doesn't get rid of a prospect, because we are still rebuilding, and we are not going for the cup yet.

I'd agree with the prospects they should be kept... as well as the key figures on the team. I would trade prospects for prospects...
