after doing some digging on eberle I agree, count me in on that band wagon.... are there any teams infront of us that may have a strong desire for an eberle-esque type pick over who they could get instead?

It's not a top 6 pick but this is probably as good a spot as any to post it.

Good to see that the Leafs long term rebuilding plans lasted a whole month and and a half. It would appear that the Leafs #7 pick may be on the table and out of all the teams picking in the higher spots the Leafs and Oilers would probably match up pretty well in term sof trading partners.

"The seventh spot is better this year than what you'd normally get," the interim general manager conceded yesterday, "but it's our responsibility to listen to anything good that another team might offer.

"I don't think there's such a thing as a quick fix anymore, but we could either trade it, use it to move up, move down, exchange a pick with someone or use it ourselves."
