What cracks me up is that my Pens fans friends sent me that in an email yesterday. Then I looked it up and told them how many more times the Flyers had a better record or made it further in the playoffs than the Pens. That shut them up pretty quick.

Hmmmm state champs or a stanley cup. Thats a toughy.

I guess for them its the little things in life, given the fact they havent been this good since I was a kindergartener.

What they need to make is a hat that has Fluery tripping on his way out in game one and say "Epic Fail: The First Losers!"

I can see those losers wearing them. It must make them feel better after all of those years being owned by the Flyers.

This year's result in Lacrosse says otherwise.

It's wierd, today La Salle excells in sports that aren't really as popular in the US...

I have another idea for some neat Penguins merchandise.

"2001-2006 4 time Atlantic Division Tanking Champions"

Nice ring to it.

Yup, Garnet Valley. I most likely wouldn't know her since I'm only a sophomore but what's her name, off chance I may have heard of her.

Pens first pick is at 120 i believe.

Also, I will be headed to Pitt today to see some ol' college friends and what not. I'll let you guys know if I see any of those hats and the abuse i give them.

It shows a lack of pride in the organization. They just lost in the Stanley Cup Finals. Any self-respecting Penguins fan should still be trying to cope with that loss.

If Penguins fans have the mentality that "It's too bad we lost in the Finals, but at least we beat the Flyers", it makes me proud that I am a fan of the Philadelphia Flyers.

The Battle of Pennsylvania was some pretty cool hockey. And I could see it being that way for a while. Not a damn thing wrong with merching it, and to the winner go the spoils.

That said, "STATE CHAMPS" just doesn't cut it.

Not by a ****in longshot.

Oof. Wow. Jesus. aaaaand FAIL

Second in the State. Yeah, baby. I wouldn't be surprised if the Penguins had some of those lying around from earlier in the decade.
