Ugh. I ate too much. Luckily, it was steamed broccoli and cauliflower (which I find really tasty for some reason), but I think my brain couldn't compute how hungry I was.

I actually eat those two veggies often, i like em a lot. Brussels sprout too.

Ugh. So I major binged today. I had a particularly discouraging day on the job hunt and I got a little stressed because my coworker found out I was looking for something new. So I stopped by Taco Hell on the way home and then ate a bunch of mini KitKat bars.

Well the good/bad thing about Taco Hell is it won't hang around in your system for too long.

Mini KitKat bars are a weakness for me too. I start off eating one or two, but the next thing I know I've finished a whole bag.

I didn't suscribe but since 4 weeks I began training and I started from 199 to 183, I like it!!

Alright, well tomorrow will be the START of my journey. I wanted to start well before, but I started working night shifts and that completely ****ed my sleep pattern... I'll post my workout and nutrition (which won't be too good because my fridge is empty).

I'm gonna take a protein shake in milk before I go to bed (so that I give my body some protein while she rests).

Edit: My initial goal was to add mass, but I think I'm gonna go for a six pack instead. I figure if I cut off the excess fat, I will look bigger anyway.

I don't gain weight. I've pretty much been this weight since 17ish and I've got the worst eating habits out of nearly anyone you'll ever meet. I eat fast food at least 4x/week, chips when I want to, cheese all the time, cereal before bed, etc... I blame genetics, I don't put on weight.

Anyway, I want to get in a healthy lifestyle and a six pack for the first time in my life. After that will come the clean bulking.

I ate Turkey Salad for Lunch and had Grilled Salmon for dinner.... but drank a full bottle of wine by myself and went swimming for 30 minutes this evening.

Am I good?

No, I don't think the 30 minutes of swimming would kill that bottle of wine. Alchohol is not your friend.

I've gained like 20 pounds of fat since I started working at this meat packing plant.

"QA" is actually short for "eat **** all day and do no work".

I'm actually getting paid overtime this second

I went to Taco Bell the other day... it was the first time in probably six or seven years. We had one on campus at my university and my first couple of years I used to go all the time. Then I think I wised up to the nutrtional disaster that it is.

But man, I had forgotten how good Taco Bell is
