Speak for yourself. I only love people who battle their bulges.

No heart monitor... Will buy one soon... and for the average speed... Huh, I honestly don't know... Will buy a bike odometer this week... but it wasn't that fast... The only thing I know is the distance... went on google maps...

That all depends on the position of the bulge and... never mind.

I asked this because the numbers would have told me if you were over training in this case and maybe exposing yourself to injury.

Good bike odometers like the Cateye brand are now cheap and good heartbeat monitors can be had from Polar.

You call them trousers, too? Or is this a reference I'm not getting?

It's a reference you're not getting.

But if you call 'em trousers, I might do it just to sound more british.

I've stuck below 145 pounds for a while now ... So I've lost 17-18 pounds to date. Love handles are barely noticeable now, but some work ahead to completely get rid of the gut. Going on holiday in a couple of days so hopefully I'm able to stick with it.

Good: 1 hour & a half of tennis practice.
Bad: Accuracy is not there yet.
Ugly: Struck out many times.

Went out for a 40K on bicycle today but came back after 23K; wind too strong. But i had a good sweat and no beer in the last 3 days. My belt is already looser.

how's everyone doing thus far?

I'd say I took about 8 pounds of muscle since the start and lost about 2% of bodyfat %.

My weight is actually up a pound, pound-and-a-half but my body fat is down about 2% and my stamina has gotten better. I could barely run a mile when I started and I'm up to a mile and a half (that's about 2.5 K) in 16-17 minutes.

My scale measures it. It's probably not 100% accurate, but it's something.

Today was rough... Took my bike to go to my sister's house which is about 10 km from my house... Had a hell of a time going there but coming back was awesome...
