Ok I admit it...

So I was wondering why it was such a quiet day. I was refreshing TSN the whole day and to no avail. Well about an hour ago I just figured it out that it isn't July 1st yet. Anyone so caught up in this Free Agency crap that they've done something REALLY stupid recently?

Atleast your mistake was harmless. I on the other hand didnt realize today wasnt Canada day and didnt show up at work until about an hour later when they called to see where the heck I was. Talk about embarassing.

Now only if Telus would take half that money and put it into customer service they might be on to something.

Thats blamsphemy! Telus and Air Canada pride themselves in their complete lack of customer service abilities!

And it's working. That's why Shaw and WestJet are my friends.

Should we start a new thread about customer service?

Did I mention I lost my cellphone?

I think it would need to be two threads, one for good service and another for celebrating sub-standard service.

I hope you find your phone man!

I've never had a problem - I really like Shaw compared to the competitors.

They've given us at least half a year free on either our Cable, Internet, or Phone because they've messed up enough.

Anyways Shaw service actually is really good. No weird accents, great attitudes and there is rarely problems anyways.
