Why? McGrattan, Carcillo, and Fedoruk?

I think this may turn out to be one of the smartest moves of the day. You've got to think they were targeting him before they made the Jokinen trade. Underrated guy who can mop up some of the young forwards' lapses.

Fedoruk on the other hand..

Man, Fedoruk really turned his game around with the Wild too.

Phoenix is going to have 3 lines of insane offense and then a circus sideshow.

Hard hitting d-man. Good defensive positioning, okay stick work. Below average mobility, mediocre first pass. A good player to match with a puck mover. Is a #4, perhaps #5 guy.

Same reason the Wild needed Simon, Boogaard and Fedrouk, fight with Anaheim.

Really? All this does is make me hate the McGrattan deal that much more. Fedoruk can atleast cycle.

Awards:
NHL Network is showing the Avs/Wild game from the PO's and Fedoruk tied it at 2-2 a few minutes ago...pretty funny.

Maybe the Coyotes are hoping Carcillo gets his fights out during practice and can focus on actually playing hockey during games.

fridge actually played well for the wild last year. He showed flashes of some very nice/fancy playmaking. Would not have minded him back on the wild at all. good Luck buddy!~!

Well I dont think this signing is going to help Phoenix much but it will help a bit. But I predict Phoenix being close to the bottom of the standings again this year.
