Whi is Sakic out of the loop?

I understand he's a small player, but nwhat Montreal needs is a CENTRE, and IMO he's second best after Sundin available.

So why haven't I seen his name floating around here? (please don't point out posts where he is mentioned, I did not reasearch all the threads). Just a topic for discussion.

Another topic for discussion: If Zdeno Chara would try to screen Arturs Irbe, would it work, or would Irbe just be able to see from between his legs?

1.He may retire.
2.He would never leave Colorado.

Sakic is a career Av. There's no point discussing it.

On a scale of 10, he has about -28 chances of signing elsewhere. It's pointless to talk about him.

He will never leave the Habs especially not at this point in his career.

Yes and he damn nearly left for NYR if you don't recall. He signed a contract with them only to have it matched by Colorado.

It's not completely impossible, just not likely.
