Somewhat confirmed:

Some of you asked yesterday about Fedor Fedorov, so I checked in today with Devils general manager Lou Lamorielllo about that. It sounds as if he has signed with the team, though Lamoriello stopped short of saying that.

"It hasn't been finalized yet, but there's a good chance," Lamoriello said.

The best part about this is that the RiverRats are no longer affiliated with the devils, so i don't have to see this clown wandering around Albany.

Not sure what Lou is thinking atm, we have absolutely no need for any more 4th liners.

The kid is talented, he's just a nutcase. He'll probably end up in Lowell anyways, unless he really wows them in training camp.

He's "waiting for the dust to settle," but close to a deal with the Caps. They're still working on coming together on the money, I imagine part of it is the Caps still have some important RFA contracts and are close to the cap, so they don't know exactly how much they can give him. Hopefully something will be done in the next week or so.

Stupidest thing I ever heard, hockey sense is all he has, it work ethic he lacks.

Agreed. Awesome skills. Great passer(when he wants to) and very creative with the puck. Can score from any angle - great slapshot and wristshot.
Terrible, absolutely terrible, work ethic and I doubt he'd find his own end with a map.

Doesn't really make sense at all. He does not belong anywhere near the NHL at this point.

Forgot which Fedorov we are talking about. Very odd move. Sergei would be the perfect Devils player. Fedor, not so much.

He doesn't know a thing about work ethic. Sutter will clean the players jockstraps with Fedor's face.

Haha, if Van and NJ play this year I bet they drop the gloves and Bieksa drops Fedorov again.

Those are actually pretty damn good stats for the Russian Super League.

Ovechkin led the Moscow Dynamo in point with 23 points in 53 games.

Fedor's offensive play has obviously earned him another shot at the NHL. Hopefully he doesn't waste it.

Beat me to it.

Fedor's a pouty little primadonna.

Expect him to flee back to Mother Russia if he isn't coddled.
