КА wants one more 3-fold owner of a cup Stanley

As it became known "Чемпионат.ру" from the informed source, СКА, the contract which has signed today with the triple owner of a cup Stanley – to the attacking "New Jerseys" Sergey Brylinym, prepares for one more loud signing the player from NHL. It is a question of the 39-years Canadian forward "Рейнджерс" Брендане Шэнэхане.

The triple owner of a cup Stanley with "Detroit", Шэнэхан became in NHL after July, 1st beyond all bounds the free agent – that is it is free выбират

Well if this is true, that certainly does a number on the notion that Shanahan wanted to sign somewhere with an easy travel schedule..

How can you honestly say that? Russian fans probably tell themselves '' The Nhl is starting to piss me off. Why can't they leave our young talent alone? ''

Hypocrisy at it's finest.

I would say Jagr and Radulov are pretty damn big exceptions.

I'm not sure I see Shanny going to Russia. Good luck to him if he does though.

Except that the NHL is the most elite league in the world.

The KHL is just another in a long list of simply "good" European leagues.

The fact is all NHL players are money hungry. No one wants shanahan for more than 1 year at anything higher than 2M anymore. Shanahan wants money. The KHL are desperate to try and look good so they will throw like 4-5M at garbage players.

Muscle Bob must be grinning from ear to ear, "Yeah we finally stole their top end talent"

I chuckled, yet I do wonder if that's possibly an avenue the NHL had in mind(besides the KHL signing the NHLers)when doing the transfer agreement.

I don't have a lot of knowledge in the area, but is it possible that the NHL is hoping that the KHL become a place where older players might go, or fringe players when they can't get an NHL contract?

Shanahan has nothing to prove in Russia.

I'd be surprised.

I know there's a big time difference, but I don't think Radulov ages 18 years crossing the Atlantic.

Definitely money. There is no way any NHL team would be willing to offer Shanahan what the KHL could.

He might take a vacation and get stuck in the Bermuda triangle.

The KHL can sign whomever they want...as long as they aren't current Red Wings.

Of all the players leaving for Russia...Shanny leaving is probably the strangest of them all.
