Of the two?

Strudwick, simply because he has recent history with the Rangers, keep the chemistry aspect.

Struds is 32, not 39 like LR. We know he'll play for $500K a season and that he's well liked in the locker room. Why would you risk signing some other toolbag to do this job? If it's not a youngster or Pock, then I'd like it to be Struds again. You know what you get with him... and we'll miss the 'stache if he goes.

I'd say neither. At this point we're tight on the cap end of things and, aside from Staal, we're already fielding a somewhat veteren group.

Let Pock come up as the 7th defenseman since his cap hit is light, he does have NHL experience, and pretty much has no future with the organization.

I picked Strudwick for this very reason.

Richardson can lay down the big hit but Strudwick is a better all around defenseman. Not to mention he can play forward and defense which is a valuable asset to have.

Yep, this is why I'd rather have Strudwick. Plus you know he is a character guy and fits well on the team already.

  3. Chuck Noll
  4. Ramthar
  5. Deepak Chopra
  6. Candy Apples
  7. Horst Muhlman
  8. Kiki Vanderweghe
  9. Tony the Tiger
  10. Alfalfa
  11. Tina Turner
  12. Humphrey Dinkledorfer

Remember, you can only pick one.

Dawes - Drury - Dinkledorfer would be a kick ass line.

or maybe

Apples - Gomez - Zherdev

I cant decide.

Neither they are better as coaches and should go to the AHL to start...........Pock or Potter will be the 7th Dman....if Pock goes to Russia then it's Potter

Pock's cap hit is 667,500. Struds played for 500K last year. I see no reason why he wouldn't do so again. He's great in the locker room. He doesn't mind being the 7th Dman. And he has the 'stache. Nuff said.

I would like to see Potter make it, but he is better off playing every day in Hartford.

I hate these either/or choices between two horrible choices. No doubt Strudwick is younger and we know he's a good guy but it's almost as if his skates have been set in concrete. Frankly he sucks. Truthfully I don't think that we're going to ruin someone like Potter--keeping in mind he probably doesn't have top 4 potential anyway--or even giving this job to Fahey--I mean if he can move he's an improvement--isn't he?
