It does matter. If a trade helps you win a Cup, it certainly matters.

I didn't like the Lindros and Poti trades. But maybe the Rangers brass was right. Neither one of them ever came close those numbers again.

He hasn't done anything in the NHL. That means that no other team (Calgary, Phoenix, LA) used him the right way either. Or maybe, he's just not an NHL player.

667k was too much? Come on.

Isn't the goal to win the Cup? And they didn't suffer for a decade after because of those trades. They suffered because they never bothered to rebuild their farm system.

I can't defend the Zubov trade.

He probably will end up getting his number full time since Moore isn't with the team most of the time unless there is another number that he has worn that he wasn't able to in Columbus.

Sangs wore 21 for Hartford, so that's one to look out for.

Voros wore 34 for Minny, so who knows what he chooses (kind of a cool side story about him here and a tumor he had: http://alaskananooks.cstv.com/sports...032508aad.html)

Jamtin has worn 50 for a while, so I assume he picks that.
I hope he doesn't i just got a #18 staal jersey

Lundmark has never done it anywhere else. We didn't ruin him. He's just not an NHL player. If he is he's certainly not a top 6 forward. He's never even had a year where he was an elite player in the AHL.
