I've never gone to a pre-season Panthers game in Calgary. I was close to going to Saskatoon last year. I might go to both in Calgary this year depending on the ticket prices. I never miss a Panthers regular season game here. I think I've been to every game here since the Panthers inception. LMK if you Calgarian Panthers' are going to these pre-season games.

6 games in 6 nights! I guess lots of the younger guys are going to get some playing time.
We have a preseason game on the day the normal season normally starts.

I doubt I could make it, but how much are pre-season tickets at Bell Centre? Anyone know?

It's so tempting to make a 300 reference... but I just don't want to be that guy.

Yeah, that's weird especially when all the other games are back-to-back!
If there is a preseason game that late, I wonder when the season opener is?

I've never missed a panther game here. I'll be going to both calgary ones for sure, and maybe the edmonton ones depending on my schedule.

I know, I like seeing the young guys play, Repik was really fun to watch when he played in the pre-season.

I heard the season kicks off Oct 9th.
You guys come to Raleigh for the Canes home opener on the 10th, then you have your home opener hosting Atlanta on the 11th.

BTW, welcome to the Panthers board. I'm sure you're an Islander fan first, but that's ok anyone cheering for the hometown team is a welcome addition!

Our pre-season team could be better than our regular season team
I am jacked about our youngsters
I should go to both, even though they might be here during the regular season.
Any of you Calgarians going to go to the pre-skates?

Wow really? Original report was away in Tampa and then home vs. Hurricanes, but I guess that was just a rumor. Well we'll know in a few days I guess. Sure beats opening in NY last year, yikes that was too much pressure.
But if it's true, what a big matchup it would be to open in Carolina after the way the teams left things.

Ah and Isles/Panthers fan, doesn't seem so odd. You can join Denis Potvin on the "who do I root for?" bandwagon. Because when the Panthers play the Islanders, we get to hear about this very unknown event called the Islanders dynasty. Yes apparently Potvin was pretty good or something.
Also, 6 games in a row? That really is madness. Exactly how many squads are we allowed to have with that kind of crazy scheduling?!
