Championship!

In all seriousness, if he sees any time on our roster, we aren't in good shape.

Yeah, this to me is similiar to the Mackenzie signing last year.

Center depth. He'll be in the Crunch and available for call-ups.

BTW- I wonder if this may signal that Mackenzie isn't joining the org?

Awesome, another Nova Scotian!

This could mean the end of MacKenzie, because while Craig played a bunch of games with the Lightning last year, he is still a depth guy, who in this organization will likely be in Syracuse.

If we get MacKenzie as well, I look at this as a Konopka replacement, without the gung-ho leadership.

I don't think any player could replace Konopka and what he meant to Syracuse.

MacDonald is a good center at the AHL level. He seems to have a ton of bus and plane miles under this belt. I don't know anything about him so I am off the google him and learn.

Lightning fan here to give you my two cent take on him.

Man has tons of heart but not the skill level of a NHLer. He would do well to be on your 4th line as he would help energize the team, but anything more than that would be a liability. IF hes for the minors, well you will love him.

Thanks for heads up. Sounds exactly like Konopka minus the crazy edge. Although I hope the trade off is that he's a better skater than Konopka.
