As no one would like Ron Fournier or Bertrand Raymond to run out of controversial topics to discuss about until exhaustion, I, inspired by the events that took place for the past few weeks and a recent movie, thought it would be kind of nice to create the Habs' Fight Club (tm). A few weeks ago, we had some Dagenais/Rivet shoving. This week, it was Koivu and Ribeiro's turn to exchange a few shots. Since people love to discuss these fights, why not institutionnalize it, and make it a weekly event? Just think, every week, two new teammates get to confront each other, to determine who between the two is the most qualified to be called a man.
Considering that the Habs' Fight Club (tm) 's purpose is to entertain the fans, I ask you, who do you want to see next week? Who, according to you, would make the 2,348 replays shown on Sports30 and SportsCentral afterwards the more enjoyable?
Myself, I believe that a Theodore v. Garon duel should be in the works...
You take everyone who booed tonight's game. You tell them they'll get another free Bud Light if they stay for an extra 5 min. You just KNOW all the intelligent people will leave kicking and screaming. So then you ask all of them to gather around center ice.
Ok, now here's the tricky part. You dress Bobby G as Rambo. Give him a knife or somthing. And let Gainey jump off the jumbo screen and get medieval on SOOO many *****.
Seriously, some people (mainly Bruins fans) say I am a wicked person with a wicked brain, but, *******, even the wickiest of the wicked couldn't have imagined such a wicked deviation to an already wicked thread.
