I told you!

Begin on the 3rd line as the center with Sunny and Dackell is 1262 times better than Juneau.

They already scored a goal in the 1st period with less than 10 minutes played. When is the last time that line scored with Juneau?

We have to keep Begin on that 3rd line for good. I don't even get why he wasn't put there when he returned from his injury!

I think everyone here will agree that anyone in place of Juneau and Perreault makes this team better.

Begin is pure energy and a spark plug out there.

Alot of people were AGAINST me when I made a thread earlier this week about why Begin wasn't our 3rd line center since his comeback...

We knew it but Juneau is still valuable for the playoffs , he's kinda old and he was tired lately...

This line was really effective tonight. Not just the usual cycling that this line is known for, but real good puck movement and energy as well. I like it!!

I love Begin's energy and desire too. I am just not sure how he will cope playing against the Sundin's and Primeau's. I don't think he has the size to defend against some of the big centers in this league. He is great as a spark plug for the fourth line. With Begin and Ward and perhaps somebody that can score Balej? we might have a very good fourth line too.

Ya a lot of people tend to things like that around here. They just go out and lash at you without thinking.

It's happened to me many times, i just ignore it and move on!

First Star tonight.

Markov 2nd and Garon 3rd...I think Ryder may have been deserving of one of those too though.

With Bégin, Dackell and Sundstrom are wayyyyy more agressive in the offensive zone, it's not even funny. Plus Bégin is AHEAD of the play, not trailing it. Juneau's not as usefull as some make him to be. He's a veteran who's measuring his efforts on every shift, because he can't keep up with the tempo of the play anymore.

And what about the Begin-Sundstrom duo on the PK, they are amazing. They stop the opposition and even create scoring chances.

Gainey found exactly what the team needed in him and Langdon, good job Bob!
