Ahonen has a hard enough time starting at the AHL level, nevermind the NHL one.

Very eloquently put.

I agree.

Granted. That's why I made the argument in an earlier post that I would like Clemmensen as much as Ahonen, maybe even more.

The Oilers might be just as well to use Mike Morrison or Valliquette if we are talking strictly short term (which I know we aren't, but as a starter for next year, you'd need someone with at least a touch of NHL experience I'd think).

Clemmensen has some NHL experience. One game! And a shutout at that!

Well, you can't really argue with that logic

Tyrent Johnklin.

For now I'll vote for Ty, he's the best we have.

I really hope we can get Noronen. Biron wouldn't be a bad second choice.

I don't know much about this Sphincter fellow, but if Bohologo says he's good I say we sign him!

Before every game, I place a rock in my sphincter...and now I have a pretty good collection of diamonds.

But right now, I'd still go with Salo...although Conks will always have a place in my heart after his fight.

If you're talking injury, it's not really anything that's a detriment to his career.

If you're talking numbers, well just ask any Devils fan what they think of the Albany River Rats team besides Ahonen and Suglobov.

Unfortunately, Toronto doesn't play Albany at all this season, and I don't remember seeing Albany last year so I can't really offer an educated opinion on it... but nothing in his stats jump over the past 2 years.

Mind you his rookie season was rather impressive.
