Tried to re-watch some of Hartford-Springfield, but it doesn't work at all.

Edit to add: Also, when you click on the "Feedback" link at the bottom of the page... you get a blank page.
I just re-watched the Hamilton-Moose game from the archives and it was better then when I first watched it until the 2nd intermission when it just stopped. Oh well. 2 games into my season pass, I still like it better then B2

The Audio has been crap, ahead of the play and it sounds weird. I've still had a few freezing issues here and there as well. Hopefully it gets better before long.

That's the only real complaint I have about it. I think the fact that it streams both teams audio feeds at the same time which may be what causes the problem. With B2, if you wanted the home feed, it would only stream the home feed to you.

I have had nothing but problems with them. I will not spend another dollar on them. Alot of people in our area are having problems with them.

On the radio side I had problems at first, but now the free audio seems fine. On the video side there are still problens though. I bought a season pass for the Pirates and the last 2 games I watched had no sound, just video. I e-mailed to complain after the first silent game and got a response saying that it would never happen again, but it did. Hopefully AHL Live will improve over time.

I'm glad they chose to stream the game without sound instead of just not streaming it at all but it was really odd watching the Bridgeport vs Portland game with no audio at all, not even the crowd.

For my season pass, the audio still has problems, sometimes it sounds like someone slipped LSD into my drink cause everything gets real, real slow and deep sounding. The pic is better, for some reason they didn't archive one of Hamilton's games, figures that it was the best game of the year so far, as I wanted to watch Kyle Chipchura's fight, oh well

How bad is the freezing exactly? If it's fairly minor and only occasionally interrupts the game then it'll be worth the money, but I don't want to shell out $140 if it's so unwatchable that I can barely follow the play.

Well I'm changing my tune on neulion. I just found out that they are no longer letting people with a season pass watch the games in the archive for free. They said it was a glitch and now will be charging everyone 4 bucks a game. The person I spoke to at neulion said they might be coming out with a season pass for the archived games.

I am pissed, I told them this is BS and that they shouldn't be able to make changes after I made a 140 dollar payment. I asked for a full refund then.

Was it any game in the archive's or just your teams games...I can't watch most roads games live cause of work and was assured that since I bought the season pass I still could watch the games in the archive's...I would be pretty pissed if I couldn't...

I contacted them yesterday very politely and never got a reply. B2's customer service sucked but at least they didn't ignore me!

$4 per game for the archived games still is a LOT better then B2, B2 charged $20. It just sucks that they changed it about 3 weeks into the season.

It was just my teams games, I only want to watch Hamilton, and I thought it was great that I could watch the archived games of Hamilton when the Habs are on at the same time (which is just about every single Saturday night) and at first it was fine but now 3 weeks into it, they have changed it so that you have to pay for the archived games.

Yea 4 bucks is a lot better then 20 but the 20 dollars from what I understand from talking to somone at B2 was that the games were on dvd but that was a year ago so I could be wrong.

To me if you paying 140 bucks already you should be able to get the archive games as well, which is what I implied when I signed up as it never said anything different but they have changed it now.

I am writing an email about tonight and losing the Bears game - and I am not happy to read this info about the archived games. 1) the archived game access was a factor in paying for the season pass; 2) lost the Bears game completely tonight and unable to reconnect (and according to a Bears forum, happened to everyone); 3) the sound is off/sounds warped every time I have watched a Bears game; 4) customer service or lack there of...a new service, yes, but given the price this is a mess

It happened to me also with the Bridgeport game. I contacted them asking if the archived game from tonight will be included to season pass subscribers since I missed most of the game due to technical problems on their end but so far, no response.

I would suggest everyone else do the same.

I couldn't even log in to watch Hamilton, and in talking with others they couldn't get the Hamilton game at all either.

$140 for the season?! That's way over-priced for AHL hockey.

I paid $100 for MLB.TV and had access to every MLB game all season (including spring training games and playoffs). That's thousands of games and I was also able to watch archived games if I missed any.

To charge $140 for AHL hockey is robbery. As long as the NHL isn't locked out the AHL takes a back seat and the only reason I'd consider watching AHL games is to watch the prospects.

Hadn't checked this thread in awhile. I lost the feed to the Worcester - Hartford feed last night -- seems every feed died -- so tried to watch the final period in the archive today. But when I logged in, none of the archived games were available. So I contacted AHL Live and got the one line response "Access to archives is not included in the season pass." But yet I've been getting them for the past month, no problem.

I am beyond pissed. Nowhere when I paid by $140 did it say the archived games were not included. In fact, in the promo that appears on the AHL web site, it still implies that you can watch "on-line, on-demand from anywhere in the world". Now suddenly they've decided to change things mid-stream, after they've collected everyone's money. That's BS. And made worse by the fact that I couldn't see the end of last night's game because of THEIR failure.

This is what pisses me off the most: the promo says that if you get the season pass you get the archived games also..."Watch them at your leisure "...

Did you send a feedback to them when it happened? I just got an email telling me I'll be getting 2 promotional codes for use towards 2 archived games from any team or to save towards Calder cup games.

I did get the email telling me I'll get the promotional codes, but that doesn't make up for the fact that they pulled a bait-and-switch on the archived games. Yippee, so I get two free games because their technical difficulties made it impossible for me to watch a game I was trying to watch. That doesn't fix the fact that nowhere did it say the archives were not included in the season pass when I signed up and gave them my $140, or that for the past three weeks I've had full access to the archives and now because they've changed their minds, I don't.

Another waste of my time again tonight. Tried to watch the Hartford - Worcester game, everything was fine through the first period or so, then I constantly got logged out of my account, and when I was able to watch the video would freeze, the sound was choppy and the game was basically unwatchable. At least one other person trying to watch the game had the same problems (and got double billed for the game to boot) so I know it's not just me -- I even had my ISP on the phone and ran multiple connection speed tests to be sure.

I guess they didn't like my complaint last night because tonight they locked out my account. It took me 35 minutes and about a dozen attempts to get someone on "live" chat to answer and unlock it. By then there was less than a minute remaining in the 1st period between Hartford and Springfield. Yippee.

Wow, I didn't even know that they yanked the archived part. What a load of crap, we're paying as much to watch ONE AHL team as we do to watch all NHL teams for Gamecenter. And they can't even give free archives??? I emailed them one day because of crap performance and never heard anything. I hate to say it, but I miss B2 at this point
