NICE!

Brunet is not the best, but he has gotten better every year and is one of the better, level headed analysts on RDS. I like this.

Yvon can now concentrate full time on his Eklund site blog.

I actually liked Pedneault so I'm disappointed, I thought he had good chemistry with Pierre Houde.

He really pissed me off sometimes, but honestly, I listened to him 80 games a year for what, 5-7 years? At some point, the guy is going to get on your nerves, no matter what he and anybody else says.

I'll wait to see if Brunet is any better before celebrating.

I'm happy he is out. He was always whining and negative all the time.

Too bad we don't have a Vercheval for hockey. Brunet isn't that great but he could get better.

And yah, that came out of nowhere lol.

Is this site even reliable? I mean...this would seem odd.

Pedneault was like an old sneaker. It's old, it's comfortable, it often draws criticism from people, and you very well know eventually you'll be forced to change it when it falls apart.

Yvon was getting on my nerves in the last year.

Maybe RDS jumped the gun again and announced this before it was a done deal?

I kind of feel the same way. He'd infuriate me at times, he had his biases, but he was the guy with Pierre. My wife annoys me a good bit of the time, as I do her, but I have no plans to leave. There's something to be said about comfort with a home town broadcast team.

Oh well, Brunet's a good guy, and my niece says that he looks like me so....

I have mixed feelings about this. Happy we're moving on. Sad, because whatever my opinion of the guy was, he was a staple on TV for so long.

I heard it was because they found Pednault's gloves out of his locker this morning

hmmm RDS? Why hasn't RDS reported it?
