DEL in NHL 09?

Not sure if any of the DEL fans or Germans have access to or play the EA NHL games but I was wondering if there was any news of the DEL being in 09.

I remember it was in NHL 07, then it was left out of 08 - just the Finnish and Swedish leagues were included.

That would be sweet with all those...wonder if they will still have HC Davos there...kind of strange they have been added without other Swiss teams...

This is very cool.

Again why wouldn't they include the Swiss N league? I play NHL 08 online a lot and play a good amount of people from Switzerland.

And to ALF, I agree about HC Davos. In 07 they were the random Custom team, almost like they didnt have time to add the NLA.

I hope the teams in the game don't have every single little add on the jerseys like the Czech teams did in last years game for ps2. Hopefully they will release pics of the game soon with the Del teams.

Why not? With more powerful hardware in the PS3 and 360, they should be perfectly capable of pulling off that kind of detail.

I just think it makes the jerseys look like hell. I just saw some pics of the Del teams on the German EA site and thank god they don't have all the adds and decal's on them!

NHL 09 is out and its fantastic.

Besides that they have all the rosters for the DEL team (albiet they look like they are from last season as Vincent Bellisimo is on ERC still)

To JT, the DEL jerseys lack the sponsers so you win that.

But the Czech and Russian leagues have all the sponsors.

I think its a letdown to be honest. The DEL jerseys dont look the same without all the adds. I live in the US and follow the NHL and other leagues that dont have sponsors yet I love the marked up jerseys of foreign leagues. It gives them that uniqueness.
