Montreal would be lucky to get top 5. Behind toronto, ny rangers, detriot, islanders, colorado

Merchandise sales? 2nd? you are so dreaming.

I dont' get this. 3rd in tv contracts, 2nd in merchandise sales, 1st in marketing, 1st in attendance and your team has lost money. Barely making the playoffs. Interesting.

Atttendance 1. Minnesota 2. Toronto 3. Detriot
RDS alone is 5 M $. It's not as much as Toronto, mind you, because Toronto has some bigger contracts. Colorado? Gimme a break. Besides the 19 000 fans they have in the arena, nobody follows them, man. Hockey has a very small and regional following in the US.

1st in marketing (the arena that sells the most ads inside the rink than any other team, fact).
Merchandising: more than just shirts and paraphenilia (spelling, sorry): magazine, stores, etc.
Attendance: Montreal finished 1st last season in the league. And should be top 2, if not numero uno at the end of the season. Go check the numbers. Montreal has a 21 000 seat arena. Wayyyyy more than in Toronto and Detroit.

And you want to dispute this?
Go check your numbers. I used to live near Toronto. My father still works in Mississauga, my bro in Toronto. I know a lot about the league's economic situation.

Did I say that Toronto doesn't draw more money? Never. I said that Montreal is not as small as you think.

Who owns Leafs TV?

Toronto Revenue.
1. tv contracts, leafs tv

2. Merchandise sales.

Sorry to burst your ignorant bubble.

OH, and by the way, Toronto is not the mecca of hockey. It's the mecca of corporate Canada, the richest city in the country, a metropolis for sure. But a mecca of hockey?

I don't call a city winning 1 cup in 30 years a mecca. Go get 24 and then we'll talk. Until then, we'll consider you the biggest market in the country.

I thought the exact same thing. The only fight she ever got in was one in the mud with another girl while she was wearing a bikini.
