Top 30 - Power forwards - #14 & #15

Who are the 30 best power forwards in the NHL?

PLEASE VOTE FOR 2 PLAYERS

By "power forwards", we mean a forward who's able to :

- Produce offensively, especially in the goal department
- Hit very hard
- Fight
- He's usually tall and big

Optionally, he can also :

- Be a PP specialist
- Show leadership
- Show some poise and emotion
- Be good at hiding the goalie's view and scoring "garbage goals"
- Be reliable defensively

We often see "power forwards" as slow skaters. But remember that it's NOT a criteria : They don't have to be slow to be considered as power forwards.

It's not just about points total... It's more about the total package.

Seeing them play and looking at their numbers.....

Malone & Tkachuk or Kunitz



Some of these guys are more bangers than true power forwards. Just cause you can hit doesn't make you a power forward IMO. You have to be able to put up points too....and visa versa

I guess add Penner too
