Woohoo halfway through the 2nd week of the season, and my team already has 117 PIM's

That's a pace for 1794 for the fantasy season.

I just gotta hope Peca's suspension ends soon so he can get me some more game misconducts...

With my new place atop the standings, I guess it's time to introduce my new logo and marketing slogan, blantantly stolen from the Red Sox.

Gaucho Up!

Oh well guess I'm not tech saavy enough to put the pic on here, but at least it's on the Yahoo page. Just trying to compete with those British Bulldogs.

I'm hoping to get a start or two out of him while Fleury is hurt.

Thanks for the well wishes,

Macster

I'm interested in Osgood and Khabi and willing to pay the price for them. Take a look at my lineup and let me know what stands out as fair to you. I may want to wait for other offers before I pull the trigger, though.

Funny how every year there's always that one team that is completely inactive. On another note, I'm always up for trading for anyone interested. Hit me up on IM and we can talk.

I could possibly trade you Hiller for the right deal. I need to get out of the basement soon or I'm toast. The Dallas Stars have single handedly destroyed my season up to this point. I was banking on them to kick ass this year and they fell out of the gate.

I have several goalies available for trade: Ty Conklin, Brent Johnson, and Pekka Rinne.
Looking for W and/or C in return.

Goalies, Goalies, who needs a goalie. I have 4, you need one maybe two. Let's talk, offers have been steadily coming in. By Thursday or Friday I hope to choose the best one.

Goalies available are Nabokov, Brodeur, Conklin, and Rinne.

Trade deadline and playoffs are approaching.

Trade deadline is today. Not sure if it matters since CBJ Gauchos is going to win the whole thing now that he acquired Ovechkin for Conklin and Jared Stoll.

WrightOn: Don't fear, I am thinking about your offer now.

Tyutin In Yer Tootoo: I don't know if you stopped playing, but I have an offer sent out to you.

Yes, another 3rd line winger for a #1 goaltender.

In fact I've received 3 different trade requests today, all are laughable. I know I'm out of the running for everything but that doesn't mean I'll trade the player with the 20th highest fantasy point production for a player who is in the 200's

It doesn't matter to me because I'm out, but it's not fair for the other teams if I accept any of these trade offers.

Perhaps I should just waive my team and let people grab who's on the wire.

Erikkson is a top six player for Dallas on pace for at least 35 goals. I guess that is a 3rd line winger according to you...

If you are interested in trading one of your goalies, let me know what interests you.

I haven't had internet for a few days because I've moved, I didn't allow the trade to go through, it automatically did it, probably because it was a few days after being accepted.

I apologize to everybody, I had every intention of nixing that trade once I got back online (if there was more negative feedback)

I'm not sure what to do, but I apologize, i thought the trade would still be pending once I got back online.

Sorry, yours was the best of the 3 offers by far, I was more frustrated at the others, but I'm just not going to help anybody in the playoff race right now. Because unlike the real NHL, where a team in my position could take picks and prospects to help with the future, there's no benefit for me to help any one person over another.

There's nothing you have that interests me because I'm completely out of it. Next year we start all over with a draft so there's no point in me taking anything back.

Sorry if this offends, it's just probably the most fair thing to do. I could easily affect the balance of power with a few trades, so it's best for me to just sit quiet.

quick question since I am a commissioner of a 5 league relegation system for the Preds:

Do you guys use Yahoo or ESPN?

(we are currently using yahoo and have heard GREAT things about ESPN's and are thinking about making the jump)

Player offered seasson Yahoo rank: 105
Player requested season Yahoo rank: 117

Player offered last month Yahoo rank: 113
Player requested last month Yahoo rank: 244

Player offered is playing on a team's top line alongside a premier scorer. I also looked at stat categories where you had a poor record throughout the season. (Yeah, I get that I was after a goalie and they're so much more valuable and...)

You wanna reject a trade, cool. But don't act like I've insulted your intelligence if you're not going to really review the trade.

Look, I'm out of it like you, I was just trying to play the game the way I would regardless of my standing. And FTR my proposal came a good week ago.

I hate that trades almost never happen in fantasy leagues because everyone always feels like they're getting ripped off.

And I hate that person that always stops playing the 2nd week of the season.
