Thanks for the quick response guys. Samkow just registered as Samkow's Sharks. That just leaves PCH and the league is all set.

Also, I posted before that I had two requests to change the draft to Sunday. Since no one has let me know that that this will be a problem, I will be changing the draft time to Sunday, September 14 at 8:00 PM (EDT). You have 24 hours from this post to let me know if you can not make this time before I make the change official.
I will not be able to make that draft as I am commissioner of another draft that'll be overlapping with that one. Am I too late? I notified you of this via email last night.

No soup for you!

It's cool, does any one have a problem with the same time next Sunday (9/21)?

I don't want you to change the time if I'm the only one who can't make it. I'll just pre-rank my draft.

I probobally won't make it to this sunday either.

The 21st works better. Hell, the 28th works the best.

Sunday, September 21 at 8:00 PM EDT it is then. This will be the last time I move the draft so if anyone else can't make it, you will just have to pre-rank your picks.

I still haven't heard from PCH yet anyway and Hitchcock knows I could use the extra time to prepare.

Only two managers that did not log in for the draft and nobody got totally screwed so it seems like the draft went pretty well. It took me until the draft was over before I figured out how to comment in the chat box though (for some reason I couldn't see the entry box until I expanded the page zoom to 125% and scrolled down, I wasn't about to screw around with it during the draft). All-in-all I'm pretty happy, much more so than last year. Don't know who is going to win FO's for me but PIM's should be pretty solid this year.

Wow! My team jumped from 9th to 5th in the last week to make the playoffs! Spent the first couple months rebuilding my team and it looks like it worked. I regret dumping Umberger, but he's still a little streaky and doesn't have big assist numbers.

My reformed roster(changed my team name to Vora Czechs by the way):

Lecavalier
Sundin
Connolly
Stajan

Kovalev
Vermette
Antropov
Booth
O'Sullivan
Burrows
Avery

Green
Timonen
Whitney
Corvo
Kubina
Quincey

Lundqvist
Ward
Boucher

And I'm in first in the keeper league we started on the boards, unfortunately it seems to mostly be dead. My record is 155-83-38.

In my third year of fantasy hockey, I think I've peaked. Maybe I should retire...

Final standings for this league:

1. Vora Czechs
2. PCH's Squad
3. Humulus Lupulus
4. Desert Heat
5. Team Hextall
6. Battlin' Beavers
7. Gahanna Grunts
8. CBJFreak's Freaks
9. Glove Save A Go-Go
10. 2 Finger Cul-de-Sac
11. ChimmersBrokenGlass
12. The Nashionals
13. K.O's sex tornados
14. Samkow's Sharks

I have to say, I had a pretty incredible run in this league. I was in 10th maybe 6 weeks ago, if that. Finally solidifying my roster really helped. Picking up Connolly, Sundin, Booth, and Avery was huge for the last month. Ward's hot streak couldn't have come at a better time.

Does this mean I get to play with the big boys next year?

And final standings for the keeper league some of us from here started:

1. Clintonville Chiefs
2. CCC Blue Blazers
3. Columbus Chill
4. LV Black Jackets
5. Chicks Dig Hockey 2
6. Angry Dragons
7. Cornelius' Mandolins
8. Jerry Atrics
9. CLE Burning Rivers
10. Gahanna Bullets
11. The Playa Hejdas
12. Dayton Gems

This league really died probably half way into the season. That said, some of the top teams were still somewhat active. I started off slow in this league, I think at one point I was in last. My guys started playing amazing hockey after the All-Star break, which resulted in a 155-83-38 record. The finals were tough, falling 3-5-4. Benching Turco for a game could have won me this league too. I'm just happy to do well in this league because rosters were so deep and you were really stuck with what you drafted.

Nice work, Case.

You and PCH (if he is still around) are in League 1 next season. Samkow and the owner of KOs Sex Tornadoes are being dropped to the Prospect League. They need to regain their confidence and get lots of minutes.
