I'm not sure if anyone is interested watching SEL game with couple of ex-Caps prospects (Blomdahl, Hedman), but here's the link for the Frölunda-HV71 game. Game is on now.
He's been injured since we drafted him, don't really know what you want us to say. We took him in the first round so I would expect the Caps believe he can make it into the NHL eventually.
Backstrom talked to him over the offseason and said "he's a real nice guy."
I dug around for updates on Anton, and I don't see much after his back and knee injuries. Min svenksa is limited but I finally did find a site that has stats
Klicka Divisions, Allsvenskan, 2008/2009, HockeyAllsvenskan, Players by Team, Bofors IK.
He has 5 games no points -1 and 44% faceoffs
Here is the Bofors Bobcats team site and his profile
It should be mentioned that former Caps prospect goaltender Robert Müller, who was drafted in 2001 and played for Germany in the Salt Lake Olympics, has uncurable brain cancer. He's been battling for much of the past two years and has been unable to play hockey this year. Apparently the news broke yesterday that the treatments have failed and the tumor has progressed. He has already survived longer than doctors expected, but I believe I read that at the stage his cancer is in, he will die within three months. =[
Gus w/ 2 goals (second was a SHG) in a win. also picked up 2 for Roughing
If Fehr is gone from the organization by the time Anton gets to the NHL, I hope he gets his dad's #16. A Gustafsson wearing a red jersey will bring back fond memories

Fehr's already given up his number once, there's no reason he couldn't do it again. Assuming AnGus even wants the number...

Did Fehr actually give up #14? As in being asked to relinquish it or did he just go to the number 16 he wore in junior and Flash took the #14 he wore for the Bears? I dunno. I've never followed these constant number changings very closely

I suppose it's possible that Fehr wanted 16 instead and Flash just went for what was available. I don't know for sure.

I remember in one of Tarik's post, that Flash wanted #14 and Fehr didn't mind giving it up. Fehr then picked #16 because he wore that in Juniors and had success.
"He's a nice guy and a good friend, so I gave it to him for free," Fehr joked about giving up No. 14 so Fleischmann could wear it. "I wore No. 16 in juniors for all four years and it worked for me there, so i'm hoping that it will happen at this level."
