Clarkson vs Prinecton should be a good game this friday night, Clarkson is looking to win back to back regular season ECAC titles. They are one point ahead of Princeton in the standings, so a win on friday and they will win the title again, along with an auto bid to the Frozen Four and a first round bye in the playoffs the following week. Last year Paquet really stepped up his game in the playoffs, so hopefully he can do the same this year.

As for JT Wyman, Dartmouth is in a 3 way tie at the bottom of the standings, so we won't know who they will be facing until after this coming weekend. Right now I think they are matched up with Cornell. For Wyman his NCAA career could be coming to an end in 2 weeks as Dartmouth has been very inconsistent, although he was a dominate force in the playoffs last year and was easly the big green's top player. Wonder if the Habs or Dogs would sign him in 2 weeks if Dartmouth is knocked out of the playoffs, as they have very very little chances of going on to the frozen four. Would be cool to see him with the Dogs, even if he doesn't play as he could just work out with the team, as right now the team has too many forwards since Ryan Russell has sat the last 10 games, Aubin since being sent down to Cincy to get some playing time had 6 pts in 3 games, Trotter has been sitting the last 2 games and Engelhart has sat as well.

Anyone know what's up with Torp? Wasn't he originally supposed to be back by now?

around this time, but I don't know where he will play, I assume they will send him back to the J20 team but I haven't heard anything.

#22 Konstantin Korneev highlights.

He may never be a NHLer, but he may be currently the best defenseman on his team (I assume because he has the most points and highest +/-. No idea about icetime etc.)
55 -games
6 -goals
17 -assists
23 -points
+17 -+/-
52-pim

I hope he comes over just for the sake of giving it a shot.

and here's some Emelin highlights I found on youtube (not by me).

Korneev, if he ever comes over, would be a steal. Maybe we can get Emelin and Korneev to come over together.

He would be an upgrade over any of our bottom pairing defenceman. (No sarcasm )

I have a huge mancrush on Pacioretty.

Outside of not wanting Esposito, wanting Pacioretty was my biggest thing for the 07 draft.. (And Maxim Mayorov for that matter..)

Another goal tonight.

4 straight games with a goal, 7 goals in 8 games, 9 goals in 11 games and 14 on the season!

He is turning out to be a premier forward prospect.

Pacioretty = Morrow

Gainey has drafted his Brendan Morrow.

And of note is the fact that he had 5 goals in 4 games in what were to huge series for Michigan.

Paquet scored his first goal of the season last night, wanted to see the game but didn't since it was on the same time as the Habs. Anyway, Clarkson won 4-3 and also won the ECAC regular season crown again as they won it last year as well.

Wyman with an assist tonight as the playoffs start next week for Dartmouth, as Clarkson gets a first round bye.

Tsk Tsk. Wat does Jesus Price think of you proclaiming Max Pac on top of the habs hierarchy?

If this kid is anything like Brendan Morrow, then I have a new jersey to buy whenever he makes it here. Brendan Morrow is f***ing awesome.
