Yeah.
Mine is clear again.

Quality of play is very boring.

Me too. Kinda of went blurry for a while but eveything is fine now. Denis Parshin, #27 CSKA, Avs' prospect, is flying out there. Nice work on the PK.

Does anyone know what cost of tickets are in the KHL?
Are they relative to NA prices or what?

Nice hip check by 67 on Kazzan.

Damn it! I have been looking forward to seeing him play all day, though I would try and get out of work a little eary to watch his game before watching Hamilton play while I tape Fischer's game and then watch McDonagh/Johnson's game. Oh well, I'll and watch Emelin and Korneev although now I think I'll just stay and get more overtime at work since I've already seen a good bit of those two over the years.

They have shown at least 2 or 3 Severstal games in the past 2 weeks, so it's a little better but I am also starting to think we're not due to see him, which sucks cause I really want to see him in action.

Good showing by the Kazan goalie with the CSKA one.....well he was beat on all 3, though the 2nd shooter was able to shoot wide even if the net was wide open...

No it doesn't look like FSN does any webcasts.

Fortier with 2 assists in a 8-3 loss and Mayer with a 2-1 win in the Q tonight. Also Subban had 1 assist & was 0/1 in the shootout.

Quite a game for McDonagh so far in Denver!

http://uwbadgers.com/blogs/default.aspx?postid=1540

2nd, UW leads 4-1, 5:21 left - Ben Grotting and Ryan McDonagh with the assists on Mitchell's goal. McDonagh's goal is unassisted.

2nd, UW leads 4-1, 6:05 left - Wow. Badgers finish off three goals in 1:21. The scoreboard still showed 2-1 after McDonagh just scored on a breakaway that started just outside the UW blueline. He had three DU players chasing him down the ice and finished the break off with a wrist shot to the left upper corner over Cheverie's shoulder.

Having this much talent should be made illegal... we don't even need to draft for like 2 seasons

I love Bob and I love Trevor
Maybe we should get together
Not in the way that u are thinking
More like to see the 09-15 rings!

McDonagh finishes with 1 goal and 1 assist, +1 in a 6-5 loss.

Fischer gets 1 assist and +2 in a 3-2 win.

McDonagh seems like the real deal, hopefully Fischer steps it up this year, no injury to blame.

No problem! I"m glad to see that others enjoy watching our future Habs.

Fischer was on the top pairing again, with Cade Fairchid, 1st PK unit, 2nd PP unit. Same old Fischer, looked solid in his own end but didn't do too much in the offensive zone. His assist on the PK, he was along the boards in his own end and passed it up the boards, so teammate then made a nice pass to Stoa who went in and scored.

Patrick Johnson was on the 1st line for Wisconsin, was working hard but didn't stand out too much.

McDonagh, best game I've seen from him so far and I didn't even see the goal/assist he got as I was flipping back and forth with Fischer's game. He was a beast physically, he throwing hits left and right, he's always been a physical player but he was very physical last night.

Since you have seen McDonagh more than everyone else on this board, may I ask you if you would trade him for the *rumoured* montreal-minnesota proposal for Gaborik. In my opninion we have a lot of depth in our defensive prospects but none of them come even close to the potential superstar status that Mcdonagh can potentially have. Am i right?

No I wouldn't trade him for a soon to be UFA, plus while our D prospects are our deepest position on the farm, the strength comes from the RD's, while it might be a minor detail, we are short on LD's and I wouldn't trade our top D prospect that's also a LD as he's likely just staring to show what he can do and in a few years he could be a good one and he stands the chance to be at least a solid NHLer imo as from what I've seen so far and I've seen him play in the USHS and NCAA, I don't know if his upside is all that high but I think he stands a very good chance of reaching his potential as he's already got size, strength, skating, speed, physical play and solid defensive play.

Then again I just watched him play the best game I've seen from him yet so it's hard to give a fair opinion. I actually think Subban has higher potential but is no where near as safe of a bet to reach that. I wouldn't trade either though.

Fortier with a PP goal tonight as well as a goal in the shootout. He seems to be having a very good start to the season offensively.

Was Fischer injured? Because it seems like he didn't play tonight..

Mcstud scored again tonight! Shorty this time.

http://uwbadgers.com/blogs/default.aspx?postid=1543

3rd, DU leads 7-4, 6:41 left - Ryan McDonagh gets a short-handed goal back. Jordy Murray and McDonagh ended up on a 2-on-0 from the DU blue line in. McDonagh had a short-handed goal last year, but I think that one was of the empty-net variety.

His team is about to go to 0-4 though...

Quote from Don Lucia, the coach....

On tonight’s game:
“Sam Lofquist got in there because David Fischer couldn’t play tonight so I thought the young group of defensemen held up pretty well tonight.”

Whatever that means.....doesn't seem like it's serious...

I don't know, was too busy with the Habs game and Hamilton game, I meant to tape the replay but I forgot. I'll let you know when I find out.

I saw he had 2 more goals, damn is he getting goals left and right, he's looking to have one heck of a season in the goal scoring department if he keeps this up.

Tough to start 4 games on the road but 0-4, yikes. I thought they played well against a good DU team as Denver should be strong again this year. McDonagh with 4 pts in his last 3 games, great to see, looks like he's going to have a big year at Wisconsin and for Team USA!
