Sportchek employees only get the release schedule when the office supplies it to them. Becuase Sportchek tickets are not sold all at one, they are released throughout the year, there is a set schedule for when you get the tickets and when you can sell them. That likely has not been provided to the stores yet. I would imagine by the end of the week they should get a better idea. Home opener tickets usually don't go on sale till about 7 days prior to the home opener so keep checking back with your closet store.
For the home opener people don't tend to line up that early but that can vary depending on the store. The New Years game, and and Crosby game were the bussiest last year and that saw people line up at about 6 am for those games.
