Yes I have NHL Center Ice and get to see all 82 Leaf games and all 9 preseason ones every year, without missing a single minute of Leaf action all season.

I live in the West and am not legally allowed to purchase LeafsTV, but my Center Ice package picks up all regional and Leaf TV feeds which I wouldn't normally be able to see and broadcasts them on a NHL Center Ice channel instead..

The normal cable Sportsnet Ontario channel that I receive has it blacked out.. However I can watch the game on NHL Center Ice on channel NHL6.. I can also watch it on Bell Satelite Sportsnet HD channel 852 and channel 866 NHLHD1 as I also get and subscribe to HD channels for Sportsnet and TSN.. I have 3 backup options to watch my Leafs when they're broadcast only regionally on cable and not nationally.

Your location says Ottawa and you might have to be careful as it might be blacked out for you in Ontario on Center Ice.. Living in the West all the Vancouver Canuck games are blocked/blacked out for me by Center Ice because of my location and being in Vancouver broadcast rights territory. Since I am a Leaf fan and dislike the Canucks that blackout restriction doesn't bother me in the slightest. However Sportsnet Pacific is showing tonights Canucks/Oilers game which is a regional game for me..

Leafs T.V confirmed the line of:

Earl Boyce Kulemin

That is what I'm trying to figure out. Last year the games were on NHL network so all I had to do was pay a couple of bucks for one month. I guess I'll have to call Rogers to see if they broadcast it in Ottawa.

That's the trouble, basing the evaluation on how he played rather than who drafted him and in what round. That is why we don't have our official pretend scout certification.

Not that the result matters much but do you know what team the Sabres are icing?

About time.Without playoff hockey the offseason is far too long.
Just look at how miserable some of you are.

2 seasons worth of waking up at ridiculous hours to watch RSL feeds through P2P to see some 20 something Russian play hockey comes to an end tonight.

Damn I can't wait.

Some good info here from Alec Brownscombe:

".... Sharing the spotlight alongside Pogge will be fifth overall pick Luke Schenn, Russian incomer Nikolai Kulemin and free agent signing Jeff Finger. Jeff Finger and Luke Schenn are expected to comprise the team's first blue-line pairing. Line combinations aren't yet confirmed, but it's expected Darryl Boyce, Robbie Earl and Nik Kulemin will comprise one of four forward lines. Other new faces in the line-up will include Mike Van Ryn and Ryan Hollweg.

Tonight marks the beginning of a learning curve for the new-look Leafs who are adjusting to a new coaching staff and consequently a new system and attitude.

The anticipated roster for tonight's tilt vs. the Sabres is as follows:
Forwards:
Nikolai Kulemin, Jiri Tlusty, Jason Blake, Matt Stajan, Dominic Moore, Boyd Devereaux, Ben Ondrus, Darryl Boyce, Mark Bell, John Mitchell, Ryan Hollweg, Robbie Earl
Defense:
Luke Schenn, Jeff Finger, Carlo Colaiacovo, Ian White, Staffan Kronwall, Mike Van Ryn
Goalies:
Curtis Joseph (1st period)
Justin Pogge (2nd + 3rd period)

Sportsnet's rumoured line combinations:
C -------RW------LW
Stajan-Blake-Tlusty
Moore-Ondrus-Hollweg
Boyce-Kulemin-Earl
Devereaux-Mitchell-Bell

Absentees: Tomas Kaberle, Pavel Kubina, Anton Stralman, Jonas Frogren, Nik Antropov, Alexei Ponikarovsky, Niklas Hagman, Mikhail Grabovski, Jamal Mayers, Vesa Toskala. All will feature in Wednesday's primer vs. the Penguins."

For the first time in a long, long while, I can genuinely say I'm excited for a pre-season game. So many unknowns, new faces, mixed expectations... let's get it on!
