PRE-SEASON--Toronto Maple Leafs Vs. Buffalo Sabres--7:00 pm EST, Sep. 27/08
I decided to put it up on the day of the game this time
I know one thing is for sure, POGGE WILL PLAY!
His last start of the preseason, let's hope it's a good one.

I hope to see:
Williams - Stajan - Blake
Tlusty - Grabo - Kulemin
Bell - Mitchell - Devereaux
Hollweg - Foster - Newbury
Kubina - Stralman
Finger - Frogren
Kronwall - Van Ryn
Pogge
Maybe something like that. I don't think we'll see Antropov, Ponikarovsky, Steen, Kaberle in tonight. Grabo may not be in the lineup either.

Are we talking about Saturday(today's) game which is actually the 27th of September? (Not trying to be "smart", I'm kinda foggy today.)

I heard a rumbling that Tyler Myers was going to be playing tonight.. which, from a prospect fan POV is going to be interesting to see.

I just thought it was ironic that he mentioned putting the GDT on the same day, and it's yesterday
Yeah, I thought as much, I just thought I had missed a day(I never seem to know days and times these days)

It was said that he is scheduled to play 8 of the 9 preseason games, and tonight is his night off.

I guess, don't want to overwork the guy.
I'm excited to see Pogge again. Kulemin sounds like he's improving but I haven't really watched him alot. The site I was on had REALLY bad quality last night and I couldn't tell who was who.

Will this be on CBC? Or is HNIC going to start when the regular season does?

I believe all the remaining pre-season games are on LeafsTV. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I'll assume this game won't be in HD either. I can't believe how low-budget that channel is, in everything they do.

You could be a fan of a team that doesn't televise all of their pre-season games, there is that. I just watch the hockey, I don't expect lavish production from a specialized channel.

For example, any other team in the league? lol..
I too am spoiled rotten by HD hockey, I hear you Jerkini, but I do appreciate that every preseason game is available to me, gotta agree with Moose.

Or you could be a fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs. One of the most popular teams in the league. The hockey mecca of the world. Where you need to pay to see those said pre-season games.
I watch the hockey, too. There is nothing lavish about broadcasting the game in HD. After paying through the nose to either get tickets, buy their merchandise, or pay for their specialty channel, I would like to think I could expect I get every single game in HD.

I'm still ticked that the Sportsnet HD broadcast Monday was ****.
