Peter the Great!

Forsberg, Sakic or Fedorov should be the only guys getting votes.

Fedorov and its NOT even close.

56 goals, 120 points, the Hart(First Euro Winner), Pearson, SELKE

The only forwards who can say that they had better seasons are probably Lemieux, Gretzky and Yzerman and they all had to put up insane offensive totals.

It's either Forsberg or Fedorov, with Sakic providing an interesting alternative.

I can count the players I'd take over '94 Fedorov on part of one hand and none are on that list.

forsberg very easily. i don't consider prime one season. i think you need to look at a 4-5 year span to get a good idea of a player's prime. fedorov's '94 season was an anomaly compared to the rest of his career as he never again came close to matching that season. forsberg was at an elite level almost every season he played.

Fedorov close second.
Bure.
Sakic.
Selanne/Naslund tie.

Well putting kovalchuk and malkin in here isnt that fair to them cuz neither is in their prime...but i picked fedorov..possibly the most complete player ever in his prime

Have to agree with those saying Federov, Forsberg not far behind.

I wasn't aware Malkin was in his prime, though.
