Skellet, Palmieri awaiting trades?

Erie still has not moved disgruntled forwards Jordan Skellet or Nick Palmieri... I think Skellet would be a good fit in London seeing as he is a London native. The longer this goes on the less Erie will get in return so I expect something will get done soon. Teams need to respond before Windsor sets something up with them

man your greedy...you want JT now these two. of course they would be a good fit in london...same with any other team.
Windsor is stacked and really dont need anything else expect maybe a good solid goaltender but engelage is looking just fine so far.
I can see maybe one of these guys going to london but not both and defaintly not JT. Belleville is a likely destination for JT or these two if they even get traded. Brampton could move on these guys as well.

Sarnia could also use some more help up front
Mind you I would rather get rid of Ferry and find a starting goalie/maybe a tough guy.

I dont think Belleville wants any part of JT. Trading assets like the ones hed bring in would be devastating...but the major reasons...the assets will still be in the division.

And JT is only a rental too.

I really think Niagara needs to trade for Palmieri.

Josh Day + one of the bubble defenseman playing until Day, Fletch and maybe Petro get back from Pro camps. My thinking is Josh Day and Joe Sarracini for Nick Palmieri. Day can QB a powerplay and Sarracini has shown flashes of becoming a dependable OHL d-man.

Do it up Dave Brown!

Im just throwin ideas out there about palmieri and skellet. The hunters have shown in the past that they never have too much depth. Like when they won the MEM cup they already had two of the best goalies in the league when he acquired dennis, and then he added a guy with NHL experience to a well stacked offense(Fritsche) they will add, and add, and add until there ios nothing else they can do

Bassin would not send this talent across the table to his competition. Not a chance if they go anywhere it's the east.

JT could only go to the Bulls for straight swaps, they have no seconds until 2012 or 13. And does anyone honestly think after all the work to get prospect Jared Knight to London they would move him. ( cost $ 50,000 to US Hockey )

Not a chance for a rental. JT is gone this year so I doubt they try for him.

Ottawa would be interested in Palmieri... especially since we just made room on our OA...

Palmieri is not a OA player. 19.5 years of age 1989 birth year.

Killer likes his OA guys so look for him to fill that spot with a scorer or defence if Cuma is gone. Cuma is still up at pro is he not ?

London were in talks for Skellet Pyette wrote today. What surprises my is why and not Palmieri. Maybe they were but the price was " insane " so they passed. To land Skellet its no surprise Bassin wanted D, and London were not biting.

That's all it took?

Why didn't the rest of the league jump at that chance?

Great move for Belleville. And at a price lower than I expected to see him go.

It really was a great move. I can't wait to see what he does with some of the linemates he will be getting a chance to play with in Belleville. His size would really compliment Cameron well in my opinion.

Either way, the best part isn't even an overrager so Burnett can still fill that spot up closer to the deadline.
