GEAR gear

Has anyone purchased / used "GEAR" brand hockey gear? I have seen some products dirt cheap on some websites, but have been somewhat hesitant to buy them.

Is GEAR the "Wal-Mart" brand of hockey gear, or is it decent stuff that will last?

I got a jersey from them once- It was a thin fabric that didn't feel like it would stand up to much, but kept me nice and cool while playing. However, the sleeves were very wierd. Very, very loose. The base of the sleeves came halfway down the body of the jersey. I only really needed it for a few games, so I didn't care that much, but It was very different.
There is a reason why it was cheap, but it was pleasant to play in since the fabric was so light.

I know nothing of any of their other gear.

I got a jersey for myself and a wheeled bag for my son. The jersey was OK. No supports for the bag, so it folds down on itself when being wheeled. Also, side pockets stick out so far they drag on the ground, which resulted in holes within a few months.

If you're asking about the GEAR skates and sticks on hockeygiant, they are made by KOR.
