I don't know if it has been posted already, but Pahlsson has an "A" on his chest in Columbus right now. Could be because of injuries but still, took me by surprise. Never stood out as much of a vocal guy to me in Anaheim.

I know it's not the only thing you must consider for a captain, yet alone for an assistant captain. But not many guys who are not vocal won't get a letter their first year with the team. However, always shows by example on the ice and the Jackets have a young team where Pahlsson brings experience. He was 1+1 tonight against the Wings.

Bryz was nominated for the Vezina.

I hope he wins, as a former Duck still in good standing with the fans.

David McKee is back in the news as prosecutors are re-filing their case for ****. I don't know why they are going after that clean cut white boy.

The article seems like the lady can't keep her story straight so why are they wasting their time?

On a side note I find it weird that **** is a censored word on here.

The case seems really seems fishy to me, too many contradictions in the stories reported to the police. Not to mention it's already been thrown out by a judge for inconsistencies.

R*pe (no, not rope) was banned because idiot posters liked to use it a lot in trade proposals. Things like "Oh man! The Rangers would totally **** the Stars in that trade!"

Montador tried to pull a Pronger and iced the puck like an idiot to end any comeback hopes.

Ah, thank you for the clarification. I already have enough of an issue counting stars and trying to figure out what the bad word is (and there are a lot of bad 4 letter words) so thanks children for ruining it!

The problem is that there is little physical evidence. Without witnesses, this is basically a he said, she said deal. Its a shame they are wasting tax payer money on a case they can't win.

Looks like Matt Cullen had a decent nigh with 3 points although they got spanked by the Pens.

Kunitz also had three points in the game.

He made league minimum last year, so it looks like he could be an inexpensive signing. I admit I had barely gotten into hockey on his last year with the Ducks so I didn't get to see him much, but would he be an upgrade as a 6/7 type guy over our current stock?

Nah, overall he's not better than our top 7 defenseman. But he brings physical presence and makes safe plays. Which makes him a good #7.

But I'm not sure where he stands now. Didn't look very good in Frolunda a couple of years ago and obviously didn't get a chance with Buffalo. But to be honest he isn't a great skater, so the big ice surface in Sweden not fitting him wasn't any surprise.

Wouldn't mind him back though as a reserve defenseman. Seemed like he was a very liked teammate when he was here. Kick *** name too.

Invite him to camp and see how he performs against the competition. I recall not really liking him back in '07, but I'd give him another shot at cracking the roster. If not, he could even serve as a mentor in Syracuse for the young crop of D.

Wasn't he saying there's a coaching oppertunity here? If so, it would be perfect. The guy is extremely liked by everyone, and carries a quality everyone respects. He guy would be an awesome addition here. I met him twice and he's a great guy.

It's the 2nd movie I ever made, 1st time with Vegas Pro.

Mark Hartigan and Sandis Ozolinsh will play in KHL`s Latvian team Riga Dinamo, if anyone is interested in that.

That is interesting, so they will play against the Phoenix Coyotes on October 6th?
