We don't know yet the importance of O,Byrne's cut. He might be able to play on Friday.
Lapierre's bashers were quick to react... You should also bash the guy who had injured Koivu's foot too in Finland.
Yeah, that was probably Lahti!

There's no room for Dandenault.
Markov - Komisarek
Hamrlik - O'Byrne
Gorges - Brisebois
O'Byrne will be back, don't worry.

I just hope it's not a string of bad luck and freak injuries that's beginning for the season... for all the luck we had last year...

Is Lapierre your brother or something?
I never seen someone jump to the defence of such a random, insignificant player. Especially when everyone is joking.

Our biggest rivals have nothing worth injuring.

It's Monday and the game isn't till Friday. Unless he broke something in or on his face then I imagine he would play. Just have to wear a shield or cage.

if he broke something he'll need to play with a shield the rest of the season in a lot of cases.

LMAO, not with his fists he didn't.
Maybe we should start a rumor that gets around the league that Lappy beat the crap outa Oby during practice. Then the other teams goons won't be challenging him to fight and he won't...ah forget it !!!

You're right, it was only a shot by Lapierre. Those don't hurt much.

It's a deflected puck to the face. The only way that would injure him is if it hits him in the eye. Otherwise, I would doubt that there would be an injury caused by this that would sideline him for a week.
