Let's go B's!

Didn't check the entire thread so I don't know if it has been posted yet but the game should be broadcast on http://www.mogulus.com/ps4vp4 for all of those who cant get it on TV.

Go Bruins!

I love it! Ten hours until game time and we're already 5 pages deep LOL. Great job on GDT BTW.

And that Bergeron is awesome. I'll be linking that one on my blog for sure.

Here's a song that really gets me pumped.

P.S. This would make a great goal song.

The GDT was posted by Drury with care,
In hopes that the first W in the win column soon would be there.

All the players were testing the slick Denver ice,
While visions of Stanley Cups made their sleepy-time nice.
And Claude with his chrome dome, and Chia-pet too,
Were forging a team, much tighter than glue.

When from the White North there arose such a clatter,
We all checked the Habs board to see what was the matter.
Away to my laptop I drunkenly stumbled,
"Fire up, pokey hamsters!" I impatiently grumbled.

Many pundits had picked Montreal in the East:
"They're flying! They're scoring!" (they're diving, at least).
Nos Amis have high hopes for their Centennial season,
Saying, "For once, when we riot, we'll all have good reason!"

But as they plan their parade and poutine feast,
They forget that the woods hide a great fearsome beast.
For lurking below in the power ranking list,
The Bruins are waiting and shaking their fist.

Now Savvy! now, Wheels, now Ryder and Big Z!
On Wardo! on Chuckie! on Phil and Sturmie!
Put the puck in the net! The cat in the hat!
Get in on the forecheck and knock those guys flat!

To see our Bruins make a scoring rush,
The bright colors of their jerseys flashing 'gainst the icy mush.
It is, indeed a work of art in motion.
(Plagiarism, you say? Where'd you get that notion?)

So settle you down in your couches and man-caves,
And prepare for a season of hits, goals and saves.
Plate up your tacos, your chili, dogs and chips,
Crack a cold beer, and raise the can to your lips.

And toast this new season, so full of hope
For a team of great guys... no reason to mope!
Though injuries will happen, there's no need for fright.
Sit back and relax, IT'S OPENING NIGHT!
this is amazing

For those depending on the internet here's an excellent site to watch the game in high quality:

http://www.hockeystreams.com/register/easy

There's a charge but it's an excellent bang for your buck as you can watch every game for every team and they are also available available for archive viewing...It's far superior to NHL centre ice online...Try both and you be the judge but its a no brainer for me. Anyway, cheers to a new hockey season!!

The more I think about it...

I like this team and the direction we're going in. No big losses from last season and we're adding a healthy Bergeron.

Really, my one concern as we go forward is Michael Ryder. I think he needs to score 30 to validate the contract, but would be perfectly happy with 20 and a better all-around game than what Murray provided.

I love Linkin Park, but I preferred the "Ladies and Gentleman" intro that they used at the home opener.

Thanks for putting me over the edge, I was already pumped, now I can't wait until 10pm. 45 seconds in Stuart pummeling one of the Olsen twins

Lets all sit back and appreciate that the night we've waited for for almost a year since he got hurt, is finally here. I'm not taking this one for granted. I am getting chills just thinking about the kid finally playing in a game (that matters). I'm so pumped for tonight.

That was awesome BOP...I think that some have forgotten how good a player Bergeron is, after not seeing him for a year. The next 8+ hours cannot go by quick enough.

We have a Habs fan watching the game with us tonight (son's friend). I told him if he starts acting up about how the Bruins suck compared to the Habs, he'll be eating his dinner facing my mantel with all the Bruins memorabilia and he will worship it, or no dessert for him!!!! I just hope my son doesn't ask any of his other friends over tonight, or the little Habs fan will wish he stayed home.

Go B's! Can't wait for 10 pm!!!!!

I am very excited to see the Bergeron back on the ice, MFMF actually in the line up, pre-season wonder boy Blake Wheeler, and a game that I do not have to get off early, (yea pacific time), how could this day get any better.

1st game against Philadelphia @ TDBNG OUGHT to be a riot based off last year

NESN kicks off their season @ XCEL.

EXPECT at least a 30 min delay but VS is delaying the pregame concert/banner for their hockey pregame show
