The issue on the 30th had nothing to do with the amount of traffic on the site, it was a server failure which caused users that were attempting to connect to the site via that particular server to get page loading errors. If you experience any problems with a live game, submit a ticket via the "Contact Us" link on NHL.com

I hope other people keep pressing this issue with the NHL. That answer is total malarky and if it is true why the hell was the server not taken out of the loop or the link re-directed almost instantly by the Tech guys. I sent another batch of e-mails to the NHL and through the game center link to keep the issue alive. Also might take the blank responses suggestion and make a phone call tomorrow about it. It also baffles me that there was no worker ID or name on the e-mail.. kinda like no one wanted to take the blame for the flubb up.
