I wanted to start this thread for the Avs board to see who is all getting blacked out for the game tonight?

I am in Grand Forks North Dakota, with my billing address in Southern Cali. Says the Leafs-Wings, and Avs-Bruins games are both blacked out.

Is this to be attibuted to the local canadian channels coming in up in ND? Or is all Vs. Games going to be blacked out... or just all Altitude games being blacked out in ND...?

or

is this just a problem that will end once the feed actually hits?

Any info would be great on this.

Thanks,

DS

If you are in Canada, the Avs game tonight will be on Center Ice. In the US, the only way you can get it is via Versus.

I live in Canada and last year , with my CI , i was able to get every Avs games .
In all the games ( every teams ) i missed about 1 or 2 games a month and it was mostly the Bruins or the Flyers.

Latest line of BS from the NHL on this problem.

The issue on the 30th had nothing to do with the amount of traffic on the site, it was a server failure which caused users that were attempting to connect to the site via that particular server to get page loading errors. If you experience any problems with a live game, submit a ticket via the "Contact Us" link on NHL.com

I hope other people keep pressing this issue with the NHL. That answer is total malarky and if it is true why the hell was the server not taken out of the loop or the link re-directed almost instantly by the Tech guys. I sent another batch of e-mails to the NHL and through the game center link to keep the issue alive. Also might take the blank responses suggestion and make a phone call tomorrow about it. It also baffles me that there was no worker ID or name on the e-mail.. kinda like no one wanted to take the blame for the flubb up.
