Sidney Crosby extends his streak of not playing the Hawks (in both the preseason or regular season) into its fifth season

lol, you joke... right? Seriously?

What the phuck is Frolik doing at center? Did everybody become as a brainwashed as Bowman.

"He's a center."

What a lineup!

I don't think I'll bother looking for an online stream of this game.

Brutal lineup. I actually think this a great lineup for the game because the Hawks will get shelled with about 35 shots and Emery and Salak will really get worked out.

So maybe 6 guys playing tonight that will make the 23 man roster? Ouch. Will the Hawks website be streaming this as well?

I think you have to have NHL network to watch the game. hawkfan50 says it's on Rogers and I believe there is a free preview of center ice going on but I haven't checked the channels yet.

Penguins lines tonight according to http://penguins.nhl.com/club/news.ht...id=DL|PIT|home will be:

Kennedy-Staal-N.Johnson
Tangradi-Letestu-Williams
Cooke-Lerg-Adams
MacIntyre-Sill-Veilleux

Picard-Michalek
Strait-Engelland
Harrington-Lovejoy

Johnson
Monroe

I guess the coaches for both teams were thinking this should be a goon fest

You can add Engelland and Adams (Pens) and Bollig (Hawks) to the list of potential pugilists.

Could get interesting.

I really don't want to pay for NHL Network, if RedZone is included on that tier it may be worth the extra $14 a month.

I know, that's a ripoff. It would probably be about the same or even cheaper to just get center ice. I just switched to AT&T and said I didn't want service if it didn't include NHL network so they waived the monthly fee, but it's been a nightmare already trying to get them to stick to the deal they agreed to. My deal is 77/month for HD/DVR, the big channel package and the sports package. They didn't include HD after installation and were trying to charge me 88/month without it. I called them and told them to come get their ****, I'm done and they adjusted everything the way it was supposed to be but cannot "legally" charge less than 83/month for those services so I was given a $72 credit to my account to cover the remainder. We'll see if everything goes that way, I have a confirmation number, but all I heard about AT&T was they had terrible customer service and tried to take you money but comcast is still worse in that regard IMO.

Yup, I switched to AT&T as well and lost NHL Network (which I had with Comcast).

As much as it sucks, I think you have to get NHL network or Center Ice. If they don't include Red Zone in the sports package, see if they can. Just call them and tell them, look, we have to work something out because I'm not happy with a cable provider that can't give me my favorite channel unless I pay an arm and a leg. Maybe free sports package for 3 months or something, work with me here. It may take a couple calls but they'll cave.

Not gonna be able to watch this game, as I don't have the NHL Network and I've been really busy the past couple months (do you still remember me? ha ha ha). If someone can keep us posted on what goes on, I'd really appreciate it tomorrow or whatever is the next day I have some spare time

Not to mention Veilleux, who decided about a season or so ago that being a perimeter player was boring, and so he's become one of our junior heavyweights.

The only reason I would want to watch this game, aside from missing hockey badly, is to see Saad tear it up against his hometown team. The rest of the team is pretty much an AHL team without one star. Could care less about fights for the sake of impressing the big club.
