Well Aliu has continued to play quite well for us. 14pts in 13 games, 5g 9a. The way
he plays offense makes everyone around him better. Unfortunately he was suspended and
fined for our 2nd playoff game tonight(in which we're getting killed) for 'abuse of an official'
Not sure exactly why, nothing seemed blatant that we could see and we were winning the
game with ease.

Updated the roster.

And for the first time, "Curtis Brown buy-out" is not on the bottom.

they should be able, but not during the season.

#1 target to resign will be Seabrook

We accidentally have four million dollars of free cap space coming next offseason. Re-signed Brouwer and Seabrook should be easy should the Hawks choose to do so.

Nathan Davis & first round bust Hugh Jessiman both sign 1 year two-way deals worth $500k. AHL salary is$75k and $105k respectively. Icehog depth.
Jessiman has the dubious honor to be the only first rounder from 2003 to have yet play a NHL game.

Never a good honor to have! At 500 K they are guys that have a shot to compete for a roster spot. The two way deals mean we will probably see them called up at some point in the season.

Lars Weibel, who they drafted way back in 1994, retired. Time to restock the goalie prospect pool.

Damn it, he was like our third best goalie prospect.
