Brick Oven Pizza - Go to Pietros, its coal oven pizza but same concept. Great food, nice but casual, and good food in my opinion. Very reasonably priced. There is one on South Street near the river and 18th and Walnut

Steak/Seafood/Sushi/Asian and a little more pricey

Budokan
Pod
Tangerine

They are my favs, dont really go to too many other places.

I hit that place for lunch a few times at it is literally like 20 yards from my work.

Avoid the rooftop swinging/hanging chairs like the plague. Uncomfortable if your taller then 5'9. I'm 6'6 and I don't even want to be bothered with them. That trendy looking BS is not nice. How do you impress a girl when your not just uncomfortable, but you LOOK uncomfortable.

However, I like the Continentals downstairs, so it still works.

Dude, your 21 and you need to take girls on expensive dinner dates to get some?

Try the bar and don't drink as much.

Spasso Italian Grill is on Front street between Chestnut and Market. It is reasonably priced for Old City!

Thought i would bump this... gonna take the girlfriend out to eat in center city or old city tomorrow night. Any suggestions for a place that is somewhat reasonable and won't need reservations? Thanks.

Chaba Thai Bistro on Main Street Manayunk is awesome. Me and my girlfriend go there all the time. Anyone we have taken there loves it and its BYOB! Plus lots of bars to go out after wards. Im from DE too, slim pickings past the olive garden haha.
