What lost the game was a bad pinch by a defenseman, followed by noone covering Demitra.

It was a dive by Luongo... what's your point?

Well, at least anyone that still thinks the Flames are a gritty defensive team should have woken up to reality by now.

I thought Bertuzzi was good tonight, but I don't know about MVP of the game. I was encouraged by his play though.

No it was a dumb giveaway by Cammalleri that resulted in the two on one lead by Burrows, the guy who should have been put in the box for tripping Sarich.

The non-call did affect the outcome of the game.

I disagree, it wasn't like the trip followed by the puck directly being passed up to be on a 2on1.

oh well, WILD game, thought it was over after 1.

WE got 2 more next month. see you then!

If you look, Ohlund did the exact same push to Bertuzzi after Johnson jumped into the glass. The only difference is Bertuzzi didn't embellish the hit.

You'd be singing a different tune if a bad non-call lead to the game winner for the Flames there bud.

Canucks had 5 powerplay chances, the flames had 7. Seems fair. PP for flames just sucked.

Don't Make Excuses!!!!

Bertuzzi should be suspended for that premeditated attack on Daniel Sedin.

Honestly, what do you expect from both goalies? The first goal by D. Sedin was a goose egg as well as the one by Roy.
Apart from that however, I saw two goalies, who were left out dry by their defensive corps on any of the other goals. Only because they are labelled "multi-million-dollar-goalies", they don't have to save every shot they face.

The bottom line is the Flames had the momentum TWICE and gave it back up. They didnt deserve this game. They're on home ice with some of the CRAZIEST fans I've seen and after the first, it was like they lost all their steam.
They also shouldn't have called Bertuzzi late in the game. Look, this can go on forever. The refs should have called an obvious tripping call on Sarich, they choose not to the play goes on, and the Nucks win.

Just because calls were made during the game doesn't mean the refs shouldn't call the blatant ones in overtime.

That Cammaleri goal on Luongo was pretty bad. VERY slow to react.

2 goals on Lui that should have been had. Same with Kipper worrying to much about the Sedins behind the net

Overall Flames had more powerplays. They also had a 5 on 3 the other night. I know they didn't call on the last trip but the elbow? the hit on Luongo? Soft penalties to the canucks?

More over bad Calgary defense???? Don't blame everything on the last goal, a 3-1 lead should be enough to beat the "non offensive" Canucks.

So you think Luongo should be blamed for the Cammy goal and Kipper for the second goal by Sedin?

Not the place for that. An I can't really understand the point you're trying to make. Are you talking about the Bertuzzi penalty in the last few minutes of the third?

There were bad calls (and non-calls) all around, but the one that made the difference was the last one.
