I can't stand this terrible Sabres PBP guy, why can't they have both feeds?

Awful. They are absolutely terrible.

My favorite was Hillen lead the rush, had the puck for like 10 seconds, and Jeanerret had no idea who he was. So it was silent and then he's like...uhhh, the Islanders dump it in.

After the second half of last season and so far into this season, can we please stop with the Meyer hate? The guy has played some superb hockey. Positionally he has been perfect, he can move teh puck, and he knows how to hit. He's been superb so far.

Also, Weight and Guerin can still play. Looks like a reunion tour is what they needed. Both are throwing thier bodies around, making smart plays, movinbg teh puck up ice, and making things happen. They've been our two best forwards by far IMO.

Also, great rush by Hillen. I was also paying attention to his d-zone coverage, very smart player. Always kept an eye on the open man, made sure to cover teh front of the net. Outside of an errant pass in game 1, he's looked like a nice player.

Our transitipon is so much better. Its night and day compared to last year. Our PK is also very good. Lots of pressure, teams can't play catch and setup teh point like last year. Very reminiscent of Laviolette's point pressure system that Peca was so apt at performing in.

EDIT: Just as I say this, they score... Flukey goal, not much we could have done. The front was covered, MacDonald has to hug that post better.

Agreed that he has been good but the sample size is still too small for me. Still, he's been good enough that I haven't said anything bad about him in a while.

I feel you. I'm not happy either. I can't stand Jeannerette (sp?) & company.

Ice looks really bad. Isles are stumbling all over the place and the puck is really bouncing. Also, way too much dump and chasing right now.

Still, flukey goal. Isles are in this game. Too bad Nielsen got robbed (great play by Hunter).

Yes, that was a bad hit. Yes, I'm glad that Comrie went after him.

The way he went about it was wrong, though. With his stick up like that? Just ****ing stupid and typical of Comrie.
