Leafs change him to RW and i Have'nt see him play this year ,is he hurt or just out of the line-up? That's suprising cause he was the no*4 def last year and now is not even playing.

He's weak and was usually their bottom pairing d-man last year. Injuries made him a little higher at times. He's been moved to forward and seems to the our 14th forward/8th d-man at this point.

I would think now with Hollweg out again White will get his chance and Stajan will stay in the press box until someone else plays themselves out of the lineup.

Stajan has been sucking it up so badly that I actually hope they try White out up front instead of Matt coming back into the lineup

i'd def give White a chance at Forward over Stajan, even if it is the 4th line.

Trade Stajan, for whatever you can get! even if its a pick + Salary dump from another team.

I think he's already been traded (unofficially) and has been benched to ensure he doesn't get hurt. Once the other team is ready, the trade will go through.

I disagree, i hope your right, but i don't think thats been done.

there have been a lot of small trades go through over the past 2 weeks, if the leafs were going to move White I think it would have happened IMO

Again, I really hope your right, i just don't see where he would fit and on what team.

I personally think a trade for Stajan may be in the works.

According to the Pitts Post Staal may be moved, could a deal between the Pens and Leafs be in the works?

Stajan could def fill a void on their 3rd or 4th line

Stajan + Kulemin for Staal, could it happen?? I'd do it!

Unfortunately Wilson has already said Stajan will be back in the lineup on Friday.

I agree with you though, Stajan already has one foot out the door. IMO he'll come back and start hitting a few players to make a case for himself then disappear again. Once that happens he'll be on the trading block for good.

Its sad really. White is really an excellent player, makes a very good forward IMO. His problem on defense is that he plays the game of a 6'4'' defenceman, when in reality he's about 4'11".
